From 2004 to 2014, he was a member of the Gergely and Partners Law Firm, initially as a trainee and, after successfully passing the bar exam, as the managing attorney of Sub-office No. 1. In 2014, he established the HOLOVITS LAW FIRM where he and his colleagues provide high-level services in the areas of real estate development, tax and financial law, as well as insolvency law in English and German.
In addition to functioning as an attorney-at-law, he is the owner or co-owner of a number of successful companies. Besides exercising his profession, sports and culture play a very important role in his life as he is a many time Hungarian sailing champion and a member of the board of trustees of the Ágnes Bánfalvy Actor Training Studio Foundation.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of State and Legal Studies of József Attila University in 1998. In parallel, she attended a course in Denmark addressing the law of the European Union and studied in Israel as well.She returned to Hungary in 2000, after five years of professional experience abroad.
It was then that she founded, together with her husband, Itay Polivoda, their first company engaged in real estate investment and management consulting. Over the past decade, she has been the co-founder, owner or professional manager of a number of successful companies operating primarily in the areas of investment, real estate investment and development.In addition to Hungarian, she speaks Hebrew and English at advanced level and German at medium level.
Besides her intensive involvement in business life, she also guides the life of her two children as well. She is the founder and sponsoring member of the “Kérlek, segíts...” (“Please Help”) Foundation. She is an active supporter of civil organizations and foundations.

Anett Aranyosi received a degree in economics from Szent István University in 2011. Currently, she is a first-year student at the Faculty of State and Legal Studies of Pázmány Péter Catholic University, majoring in law. She wasalready employed at the Lending Department of HSBC Credit Zrt. during her academic studies, where she gained a wide range of experience in lending in the retail and SME sectors.
In 2013, she joined the Prisma Group, where she was first engaged in the financial coordination of the group’s key projects as a financial coordinator, in particular in the areas of real estate development and utilization.
From 2015, she has been the head of the Finance Department of the Prisma Group and monitors the finances of all companies in the Group. In any event, the issue of property transfer needs to be mentioned in connection with wealth planning. This wealth planning option ensures transferring the property obtained primarily, but not only, by individuals between certain persons and/or generations on the basis of specific criteria. The planned transfer of the property allows allocation of individual property items or wealth types to certain persons and can also be an appropriate solution in case the person disposing of the assets and the beneficiaries are under the jurisdiction of different countries.

In the case of asset protection, the creditors’ and taxation aspects must be taken into account in addition to focusing on placing the assets acquired in a safe place and preserving and increasing them. Throughout history, two legal institutions have developed internationally for the protection of assets, namely, the “trust” and the “private foundation” that we mentioned in the introduction.While trusts have spread mainly in the Anglo-Saxon legal areas, private foundations have become general particularly in the countries using the continental legal system.
In Hungary, the legislative background for the protection of assets is established by the new Civil Code, which entered into force in 2014, and Act XV of 2014 on trusts. The essential difference between a trust and a foundation is that, in the case of a trust, protection of assets is based on a civil law contract, while a foundation has an independent legal personality and is officially entered into the register of the court competent for its seat. Owing to its private law nature, a trust, which is based on a contract, can ensure the protection of the assets managed in a more flexible way while, merely due to its private law nature, it can offer less security against the claims of third parties than a foundation.
In the case of foundations, the assets of the foundation are separated from the assets of the founder, thus the founder’s assets are fully secured against the claims of third parties, except for certain cases, while a foundation can work based on more rigid rules and as laid down in its statutes due to its legal personality. With regard to the diversity of the needs, our staff members develop the asset protection structure best matching the needs in question whilst also observing the individual aspects of the client which, in a number of cases, means the tailored design and implementation of the joint application of the two asset protection legal institutions outlined above.
